Goosefeather is a modern Chinese concept by Chef Dale Talde. Located in the historic Tarrytown House Estate in Tarrytown, New York, Goosefeather takes traditional Cantonese to new levels, utilizing unexpected ingredients and preparation methods. I was brought in to create a dreamy visual identity and photography campaign for Goosefeather.
